This Indian Garlic Chutney is Clear Sky Farm's most popular gourmet garlic condiment!  Chock full of Clear Sky Farm's heritage garlic bulbs, lemon juice, vege oil, spices, onion & ginger, this is our version of a truly scrumptious Indian taste sensation.  *This chutney is reminiscent of what is traditionally called "garlic pickle" in India.

Garlic Scape Pickles  $9.95 750ml

Garlic scapes are the seed pod stem of a garlic plant.  We pickle these long, lovely scapes in lightly salted natural vinegar and spices, and present these to you as a combination of stir sticks for Ceasar drinks and a gourmet addition to any anti-pasto or vegetable platter. You and your guests will love this mild garlic-flavoured  seasonal delicacy!

Seasonal Availability:   Garlic Scapes are harvested from the tops of garlic plants once a year, in July.  Order this seasonal treat now for 2011!

Seasonal Availability:   Order now for 2011.  Seabuckthorn Tea is best harvested once a year, in June, so we will be shipping orders in late June or early July, 2011.

Saskatoon Berry Jam, Pies & Chutney

Hand picked wild saskatoon berries from Clear Sky's Rocky Mountain slopes goes straight into these delicious saskatoon jam, pies, & chutney.   The jam & pies are (we hope) just like your grandma would have made. The chutney has a more international spark, with moorish spice flavours that make it a perfect accompaniment to any meat.

Seasonal Availability: Available in July & August 2011. The abundance of wild saskatoon berries is very weather dependent, varying from year to year.

Farmers Markets & Local Fairs:  We support LOCAL food security worldwide and specifically in our area. Come find us at the Cranbrook Farmers Market, and the Baynes Lake Farmers Market on Saturdays in mid July, August, and into September, 2011.  

Stores - Our products are available for purchase from Max's Place on 10th Ave S in Downtown Cranbrook.
